Please be noted that the goods are purchased with discounted price, which means they are not in perfect condition and no warranty covered. 

Therefore, the company will not accept returns due to minor defects UNLESS it is major defects that make you(Customer) unable to use the product purchased from Vinee Boutique.

But refunds or exchanges must be within 24 (Hour) for online store and Instagram store after receiving the item and is solely at the Company’s discretion. 

STRICTLY NO RETURN & REFUND if you removed or cut the attached white tag.

We will normally will refund in the goods:

• Do not match the description which they were sold
• Are incorrect colour or style

• Are supplied in the incorrect quantity 

• Are out of stock

Refund deposit/full amount or exchange will not be provided if you simply want a different colour, change of specification, change a non-defentive unit for A different modal/brand, or if you simply change of mind, or slight defect, preorder item & clearance item (Lelong) or wrong quantity purchased. 2. Minor Defects: Minor defects are cosmetic imperfections or slight issues that do not significantly affect the overall functionality or purpose of the product. These defects could include minor scratches, slight color variations, or superficial cosmetic blemishes that do not impact the bag's performance. It is important to note that bags with minor defects, as clearly stated on our website and other communication channels, are ship from factory outlet. We kindly request that customers carefully review this information before making a purchase decision.


3. Return and Refund Eligibility: Bags with minor defects, as described above, are not eligible for a return and refund. Given the price associated with these bags, we encourage customers to understand and accept the minor imperfections that come with them. However, should you encounter a major defect as defined in point 1, we will gladly accept your return and provide an appropriate refund or replacement, subject to our return policy guidelines.


We prioritize our customers' satisfaction and strive to ensure that any major defects are addressed promptly and efficiently. We kindly request that you reach out to our customer service team within 24hours from the date of delivery in courier tracking number shown to report any major defects and initiate the return process.


Please note that our return and refund policy is subject to change, and it is the customer's responsibility to review the most up-to-date version on our website or contact our customer service team for any inquiries.

If you received incorrect item, please contact us in vineebag@gmail.com. We will get back to you if the item are eligible for return. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received It. It must also be in the original packagin. If an item can't be replace, the purchase price will be refunded.

The company will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged or tampered with in any way. Goods must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact, with all packaging and manuals.

We highly recommend that you retain your proof of purchase. Vinee Bag refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days. Credit card subjects to the merchant processing time. For cash payment, refunds will be wired to your bank account. When refund a product, you will be asked for your name, address, signature & bank account number under YOUR name as authorization for the refund transaction into your bank account or credit card.

Vinee Boutique reserve the right to change the term and conditions of sale in any time. In the event that the company approves for refund and exchang, the customer will be notified of the appropriate procedures which must strictly be complied with in order to ensure a smooth process.

After 24 (Hour) of receive the goods, any request for refund or exchanges will not be entertained.

This means that the refund will be processed by store credit according to the original currency and amount received, without considering any charges related to exchange rates, sender's rates, or other related fees.


3. Exchange Rate and Sender's Rate: Please note that we cannot bear any charges or costs associated with exchange rates or sender's rates. Any differences in the amount received due to these factors will not be eligible for refund or reimbursement.


4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, and order weight. These costs will be clearly outlined by system or our customers service before completing the purchase.


5. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for each shipping method during checkout. Delays may occur due to customs processing, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.


6. Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon importation. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not within our control.


7. Address Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

14. Cancellation Policy: Once an overseas order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. In the event that a customer wishes to cancel an order, a forfeiture of the deposit or bag fee will be applied. We advise customers to consider their purchases carefully before confirming the order.

Payment


When paying via credit card, the credit card must be under your own name. If the credit card does not belong to you, the company reserves the right to reject the sale. The company also may require an official proof of identification to verify your identity.


We do accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note, items will not be released until the transaction has been cleared by the bank or confirmed by our finance department.


We do accept BUY NOW PAY LATER options, but we will not be offering a refund for any cancellation of order. We will only provide store credit. Any refund made by Vinee Boutique, will be charged 10% for the processing fee from your purchase amount.


Any use of fraudulent chargebacks simply to get free merchandise is not only strictly prohibited, but also constitutes a criminal fraud, and will be dealt with by reporting such chargebacks to the police, as well as referring the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.
